We provide full life cycle project management.  Our solution consultants are fully versed in the Microsoft Solutions Framework.  At the beginning of an engagement we provide a full infrastructure assessment.  This is followed up with a Vision/Scope document.  After gathering full requirements, we move on to the design phase.  Typically we will deliver an infrastructure design document and an application design document.  This is followed by many other documents that depend on the nature of the engagement.
